I write for kids. I write for kids who got old (adults). I’m a funny lady (see previous sentence) and a believer in change.

I love humans. Yes, we are very problematic. But here’s the good news—we are also the solution. Also, we’re just so darn funny. Even when we’re being uber problematic, there is always humor. I hold on to that. That and BBQ sauce. Wait. No. Not that again.”
